Day 1.

My angel baby is 1 month old today, so it's probably time to start thinking about slowly dropping the weight. The object will be to keep net calories at 1800-2000 and get some exercise in on most days.


Breakfast:

350 - Cheerios

Lunch:

110 - milk
390 - fluffernutter sandwich
500


Snack:


390 - 2 Nutrigrain bars & a granola bar

Dinner:

500 - frozen dinner
800 - pie
1300


Exercise:


400 - tennis, 1 hour singles
